Billy Begoske
At his greatest, Bill was known as “The Train” and threw one of Guts’ most accurate and deceptive thumbers. Over the years, he has developed a first-rate turnover, which he uses with amazing accuracy. His defensive play has been stellar, with
awesome initial contact, and he has been one of the all-time leading baggers. Bill’s teams have won 12 IFTs, 8 US Nationals, 7 GPA World Championships, and the WFDF World Guts Championship in Norway in 1990 and Japan in 1992. He was voted MVP at the IFT in 1984 and the WFDF World Guts Championship in 1990.
